Any Ideas Why OS is crashing when I try to insert a BOM?

I'm trying to insert a BOM that was created in Open-Bom into a drawing, it has 4 columns and about 18 lines. Every time I try OS just crashes, gives me the not connected message, not sure if its OS problem or Open-Bom.
