Circular Pattern

I'm trying to make a 33mm x 1mm disk that has 8um holes that are 10um apart. Is there an easier way to create the holes besides creating a linear pattern that is the radius of the disk and going to each individual hole to make a circular pattern? I want to have the holes equidistant apart across the entire disk, where each ring of holes has the incrementally increase in holes (multiples of 6 in my case).
Thanks,
Nick
