Some of the folder and folder documents is missing

Some of the documents found missing from last 2 weeks.

It is highly unlikely that the Document is missing. Try using the Search. If, however, a folder was deleted, it will also delete the contents. Please check your Trash.

Hi @saad_nasser. I see from the server logs that you trashed 18 documents between 18 Jan and 1 Feb. @NeilCooke's suggestion for checking your trash is a good one. Remember that documents left in the trash for 30 days will automatically be deleted. Please open a support ticket if you are still having issues finding your documents.

I checked the trash. Even that folder is not there. Folder name starts with Pallet

How to open a support ticket. Issue is still there/.
