Is it possible to extrude around an irregular surface / solid in ONSHAPE?

I am drawing up a test gauge for a 3D printing environment. The gauge features a number of moving conical inserts which are printed with different tolerances. This allows the surface precision performance of the 3D printer to be assessed.
I have tried using Boolean operators; in an attempt to subtract the overlaps - but have not made any progress.
The surfaces to create the receiving holes for the test cones have been created using the REVOLVE function and then the CIRCULAR pattern tool.
