Is it possible to extrude around an irregular surface / solid in ONSHAPE?

I am drawing up a test gauge for a 3D printing environment. The gauge features a number of moving conical inserts which are printed with different tolerances. This allows the surface precision performance of the 3D printer to be assessed.

I have tried using Boolean operators; in an attempt to subtract the overlaps  - but have not made any progress.

The surfaces to create the receiving holes for the test cones have been created using the REVOLVE function and then the CIRCULAR pattern tool.

@martin_schyns - i am not really sure what you're asking.
That said, if you post a link to a public document, the problem is usually solved in minutes! :)
