Constraint Disappearance

In a Sketch, if a line is drawn to the bottom or right of the sketch area, the constraint indicator disappears off screen.

You will have to put in an improvement request to have that one changed
Otherwise I'd say there is no need to sketch that close to the screen edge anyway.
Draw your sketch relative to your screen area, then your first dimension will scale the entire sketch to the actual size.
Or zoom out with your scroll wheel a little if you need your line longer than your screen area.
