Options for photo quality video renderings of animations?

I understand the options for doing photo quality renders of stills. But I'm looking to nail down my workflow for creating photo quality animations of my Onshape models. Any of the rendering apps for Onshape that can handle photo quality animations?

For rendering say 30sec HD animation at 30FPS, you need to render 900 images at 1920x1080 - that can be pretty time consuming depending on equipment. I would suggest to try with low resolution and low fps to get everything right, then use some render farm for creating the actual output.
I have no experience on OneRender animations, other than that it didn't support creating custom materials and for that reason I continued with Keyhot.//rami5

This of course is in the App Store.
