Import STP With Multiple Parts

When importing an stp file (such as a PCB) it comes in as multiple parts. How do I move the complete model into a part studio so I can position it as one object? It seems the parts come in unmated. If I move the main board with transform the other parts don't move with it. I need to use features of the parts on the imported board to model new features in my existing part studio.
