I cant edit info on my account profile

When I first created my Onshape account, I did not capitalize the first letter in my name. Now I see my name on everything including the drawings I make with a lower case james Manning. Its not a huge deal but its unprofessional and when I go to change it in my account profile it says "Failed to update your account. Duplicate forum id." Does anyone have this problem? Did anyone fix this?
