Multiple arrows from one callout bubble?

Is it possible to have multiple arrows leaving a single callout bubble to avoid unsightly redundancy of bubbles? (See screenshot.)

I don't believe that is possible yet. That has been an improvement I have asked for and hopefully will be included soon
