Is onshape having trouble?

Hello all, 13 July and from about 8 this morning european time till now, 14:30 onshape seems unreachable.
Do we experience some trouble, this forum works????

    Is it a personal or work Internet connection? Any security updates?
    Can you test by phone hot spotting?
    Is it working now?

    At around 16:00 I got back in as well. No trouble since then. For about 8 hours it would not load, just a blank page with onshape logo and name up top in the left, error loading no documents found in the middle and on the top right the ? button and my account.
    I got into my account and send a service request to support, without an answer so not sure if they got it. And I got into this forum via the ? button. But nothing else worked, really strange.
    Everything else on the computer, including internet and LAN worked fine, so I am confident it was not a problem on my side. I have been 3d printing the whole day also, which is via my local network and it has an internet connection too, all was ok.
    We will see, if it was a one-of glitch its ok, if it repeats I shall ring the bell again.

    On Monday morning no access again. I uploaded a new message with screenshot and more information for approval.
    Tried in my works office also, at first it worked but then again no access to my documents. Totally different computer, different operating system and different internet connection.

    morning of 15th July, back to the white page. All the rest is working????
    This is what the screen looks like and stays on no matter what I do.
    Also what is strange is that the learning center works and has my dashboard in it with my account details and my learning progress so I am logged in.
    I also tried via hotspot on the phone and results are the same, no show.
    I have opened a ticket but till now no answer, maybe because of the weekend but not sure if they are delivered. I have updated the ticket during the weekend and my old messages are there so not sure what to expect.

    Did you try another browser or another computer? Did you try the browser compatibility test page?

    I recall I have a popup disabler recently. I will throw it out and try again, it completely crossed my mind that it could be that.
    Yes it works now, what a saga that is.
