How should I get thumbnails of multiple views via the API

I tried /thumbnails/d/{did} but I only get different sizes of images, not different perspectives.Maybe I didn't find the right way to use it, is there anyone willing to help me?

Thumbnails are only for identification and are a single isometric view of the element.
You probably want to generate shaded views:
