Union mandated break, love it. Still less downtime than Solidworks.
I've also been experience errors on other sites, including Amazon, so I'd guess a major AWS problem.
Mine is up now. You can always give it the old: Alt + F4

I can’t do anything. At the moment the status page says is up and running but I’m unable to open a document or create a new one

Onshape is back operational. We had an issue around one of our databases and as a result Onshape became inaccessible. If you are seeing any issues, please submit a support ticket so that our support team is able to investigate.
I'm sure that was "exciting" for the Onshape team. Thanks for getting it taken care of quickly!
