Assembly performance issue - Tips or limits of onshape?

in General
Hi,
I've been having some peformance issues on this document and I'd like some guidance on how to fix this.
Some suggested it could be local internet but this is slow for others on a Gbit connection. Is this just too complex for onshape?
Any help would be appreciated.
Example of peformance:
- Top level instances 9
- Total subassemblies 208
- Total parts 1,384
- Total surfaces 0
- Unique subassemblies 189
- Unique parts 589
- Unique sketches 0
- Unique surfaces 0
- Tangent mates 0
- Mate limits 0
- Latency 35ms - EU-West-1

Your numbers look good and it's perfectly smooth for me - what does https://cad.onshape.com/check say?
Thanks for looking at this. The client-side performance seems fine; however, anything that appears to be recorded in the history is where the delay becomes apparent.
Thank you for checking. Could you move things such as that door on the hinge or those PSUs without delay, like in the video?
It works well for me too. I could open and close the door, move the PS, move the bed, etc, without delay.
Tethered to my phone, 4G
Make sure you have no anti-track, anti-virus, extensions, etc running
Sorry for a delay in response! So I've done a bit of testing.
I setup a new account and clicked on "make a copy to edit" and the performance issues went away on the copy but are still present on the original.
Same machine, same browser.
Perhaps its slowed down due to the long history?
Any advice would be appreciated.
