Lofting face hole of camera

I cannot for the life of me get this to loft as a solid…..Any help would be appreciated.

I can get it to loft as a surface….But not a solid

    Hello Steve. I can't grasp what element you selected to create that surface or how you did it so I don't have 'loft' answer. However, just wanted to point out that a simple chamfer would work. - Scotty

    for a chamfer, you'd have to set the offset exactly to the cylinder's height, so a draft may be more robust.
