Sketch is not fully defined?

ron_deangelisron_deangelis Member Posts: 6

Hello,

started using onShape yesterday. In my sketch, I created construction rectangle, placed a point on each corner to add holes. As shown in the pic, showing all constraints. What am i missing to add a constraint to resolve the "not fully defined"?

Hard to tell without sharing the document, but my guess would be that one of those lines needs to be constrained as vertical or horizontal. Try grabbing one of the corners and your square probably rotates.

    Hi Matt,

Added the horizontal constraint to fix the rotation. Still getting not fully defined?

Also, what is that above the model, a plane?

    thank you for your help

Edit sketch 4. Delete that huge rectangle above the model and your sketch will be fully constrained.
