Automatic 'Zoom to fit'

håkon_bødtkerhåkon_bødtker Member Posts: 2
Whenever I move away from an object or a sketch by dragging the mouse wheel, I automatically get moved back as if I pressed 'Zoom to fit'.
I find this incredibly annoying. Is there any way to turn this off?

Zoom to fit is double-click of mouse wheel so it's likely that your mouse switch is dodgy. If you use the default settings for Onshape (RMB = rotate) then you won't encounter this problem.

I am also having this problem.  It just started in the last week.  It is super annoying.  Is there a way I can just turn off the double click of the scroll wheel to "Zoom to fit?"  If I want to "Zoom to fit," I don't mind pressing "F."

Is this a toggle thing? How do we disable this? double click middle button doesn't do anything.

I'm sure my mouse buttons work properly…

If you use a mouse with the wheel as scroll and button and the button action is particularly light yould get this bizarre double click behavior

Ok, in my case it turned out to be something wrong with Logitech Gaming Software, that controls my mouse. It allows have 2 different commands on each button when special "G-Shift" button is pressed. So, I changed second command for middle mouse to space and that what start causing the issue.

Even after I reverted it back to middle click, it didn't help until I restarted the software. Who would think…
