Repair Faulty Imports

in General
Is there any way to edit or repair faulty imports afterwards? It's super annoying to receive a step and then have it permanently displayed in red just because it appears to be faulty, this always extends into the assembly, It's kinda annoying…
Best regards,

It depends on the issue. Sometimes I’ve managed to do some manual surfacing work to fix non-manifold issues (very common with electrical connectors) or faces which don’t trim/merge correctly. Then export and reimport.
It would be great if there were more tools to repair bad imports more automatically, or even mark them as not an issue.
Not sure if this is the kind of thing you're dealing with, but here's one approach I recorded not too long ago

The other thing to check if it's a surface, but should be solid is turn on "Highlight Boundary Edges" in the grey cube menu, and manually fix those areas.
