Face Blend gone

My Face-Blend tool dissappeared in one of my Part-Studios. I cannot get it back. It does not show up in "customize toolbar" and even the shortcut for Face-Blend does not work in this part studio.
In every other document it works fine.
How can I get it back?

Is it an old document? If so, it needs upgrading. As scary as it sounds, the quickest way is to trash and restore the doc. Alternatively, open a support ticket.
