Enter to confirm is inconsistent.

Abandoned SW once I learned the ways of Onshape, but incredibly frustrated at the lack of ability to use the Enter or Esc key to confirm / exit a sketch. So much lost time reaching for the mouse, hunting down and clicking the green check. :/

Not seeing a solution outside of extreme hacking.

Yes, it's a bit annoying, although "enter" is used to confirm auto-dimensions so I would probably end up accepting sketches by mistake if it also did that…
Depending on your workflows, you may not actually have to "accept" as launching a new command "auto-accepts", so if you are going to do an extrude or revolve or whatever, you can just launch that command without accepting the sketch first.

Indeed, other features can be accepted with enter, but not sketches. For me, it's typically not too painful because the UI interaction is already so mouse-heavy; that said, a shortcut would be nice. Feel free to post an improvement request.

@eric_pesty Thanks! Agreed. I launch main features from the sketch directly with an Azeron Cyborg II. Unfortunately, 80 percent of my Sketch time is Edit..

@_anton You've read my mind as I went to reply to eric. A "Confirm Sketch" hotkey would solve this. Bonus points for a "Cancel Sketch" one. SW even had a hotkey to edit the feature or sketch that I clicked on in the graphics window (but I wont push it)

Ill feature request. Didn't want to jump directly to that without some feedback, but here we are!

I find myself wanting this one all the time for sure. Especially so I can Shift+Enter to start a new sketch.
