Translating a part leaves sketches, extrusions, etc behind

I want to translate an almost finished part closer to the reference origin, so I don't have to keep panning and then zooming in to see part details. However, when I select 'Translate by XYZ and select the part, the part itself moves, but all the underlying sketches/extrusions stayed put. How do I get them all to move along with the part? TIA

I added constraints and dimensions to the sketches and moved the first sketch to the origin instead of using translate. Would this work?

It would help you a lot to learn how to fully constrain your sketches. If you clean them up and constrain them and dimension them from the origin you can put the part where it should be.
