connecting lines on different planes

hi, i made this sketch of a boat but i cant seem to connect the lines together on different planes so making it in to a part is not working. is there a way to do that after the fact if not how do i do that in the future?

    You can use 3d fit spline from point to point. This will give a line in 3d. If any thing besides the input of 2 vertices are applied it will not be a line.

    make use of the pierce constraint
