Can't see tagged frame profiles recently created.

The profile sketches were created by projecting the end of a component of a separate part studio, so that should not be the issue. I need to Tag the profile to use Alignment Points.
I've tried refreshing and restarting the browser. Do I need to set up a user Library to use Tags properly?

You DO NOT need to set up a user library to use the tags feature.
One gotcha: the profiles have to be in a different part studio element than where you are making your frame segments.
