find intersection between curve and spline

I have made a projected line from a helix on a plane and I want to intersect it with a construction line. How can I get this point?

    Use a "coincident" relationship?

Maybe the "pierce" command - or even "trim"? Just suggestions, because I'm not 100% sure if I understand your exact needs.

I was able to circumvent my needs by making the curve end, then connect a line to the end point. Not my favorite solution, but it worked :) Thanks for the help!

If you place a sketch point, you should be able to use Coincident on both your construction line and the projected spiral with the point, respectively.
