Possible to rename a part included in an assembly?

The scenario: I've included 4 references to a wheel part in my assembly and I'd like to give each a meaningful name: front_left, front_right, etc.
I don't see the option to "rename" an instance the popup menu.
Is this not possible?
Thank you.

Your part names are defined in the Part Studio. You can also rename them at the assembly level, by editing the part properties. But, if you have multiple instances of the same part, they will all have the same name. Something like
Wheel <1>,Wheel <2>, etc. If each instance had a unique name, that would mess with the accuracy of the Bill of Materials. If you want them to be "different" you could add a configuration input to the wheel parts, even if there is no geometry difference it will allow you to make them "independent".
Depending on what you are trying to do, you could also put each one in a folder and name the folder the way you like.
That's a clever solution. This will create unique entries in your BOM, but if you don't care about that, you can configure part names.
