I can't see any Features that I have used or 3d print this part.

By the way, your document isn't shared (nor public) so we can't access it.
Hi, @sidrah_qureshi I just ran into this same issue. Were you able to resolve this? I have tried everything but with no success (closing tab, clearing browser history, reopening onshape, etc…) my other OnShape documents are fine. I was trying to change the dimension of a circle.
@mskeels it says “if the problem persists try contacting support.” It sounds like your problem is persisting, so contact support.
