sweep not possible on one of my two curves

Hi

I created two curves using the spiral tool on a revolved surface. The projection of the curve on the surface of my solid worked and I was able to create one sweep. My second sweep shows me some red points tough. I do not understand what they want to tell me and how to find out what I need to create my sweep the way I wanted:

what am I missing? Why is the second sweep not exactly like the first one?

Not sure why, but if you make the halfpipe 2 sketch a full circle, rather than a half circle, it works.

@richard_theodor These grooves are meant to be identical, right? Make one and rotate-pattern the other. Then, the second will automatically be the same as the first one. ;0)
