Classes vs Teams

Been using Onshape for years now but this is the first time I am trying Classes vs using Teams for my students to create and save their work.
I have a few questions please:
- When setting up classes and then creating assignments, how do i create a copy of the same document for myself so that I can teach it to them in the class? Should I be creating my document first and then somehow copying this to be uploaded as the assignment file or do I still have to create a new file for myself that mirrors the shared template?
- I have some students who have clicked 'submit' at the end of a first lesson using this new system, how do I 'un-submit' this work to allow them to continue to work in the file?
- Do I still need to load the students in vias a csv file as 'users' or does adding them via 'csv' to the class list automatically invite them to the school's enterprise area?
- Is there ever going to be a CFD add on for us as schools that is included in the enterprise option?
Thanks all

I don't get on here often but I am using the classes this term as well and here are some tips and tricks that have been working for me.
First create separate folders for your course documents. I do this so I do not mess up and use the wrong one when I am guiding the class through. I once used a document that I had tested the answers on for a test drawing for them and it saved so when they opened up the drawing it was already drawn. I use course resources as the overall folder and then in there is an assignments folder for reference, and answers key with the actual drawn objects so I can use the CAD_Grader app in Onshape and then a starter documents folder that has all of the documents shared with the students using the trick that Matt mentioned above.
To prompt the students to resubmit I change the assignment to needs revision and can provide feedback in the actual document of the comments section. I has been working great. If you create your own assignments you can even add PDFs of the drawings or instructions in there and each student will get a copy when they create it.
Please let me know if you have other questions I might be able to help out. Also always looking for ways to do things as well.
Respectfully,
