Why isn't the edge of my frame parallel to my sketch?

I selected two points to create a frame between, and limited the ends of the frame to the planes that the sketches are on. I would expect the edge of the frame to be parallel to the sketch since it's a square tube, but it's at a slight angle instead. Am I using the tool incorrectly? The picture below shows the frame relative to sketch 1 in the document linked.
