hello, in my trying to better understand the new additions to onshape i tried the following:
mind someone explain to me why doesn't it work?

I suspect that due to limitations of the math it is producing some non manifold geometry. Very small rounding errors where the ribs cross over along the radius.
Sure makes the little wheel go round.
Less problems but still not there.

It seems that at the same ratio the second oparation fails due to the fact the sides cut each other perfectly.
It was fixed when you would not use the same ratio. like so:1

if i set it as a different part and try to boolean both and fail.
