Export quit working...what's changed

I was working on a design for a flat sheet to be cut on a CNC and as I kept making changes I would export a part studio face as a DXF and then cut it on the CNC. All of a sudden I can't export from that particular document anymore. I can export from other documents, but not this one. I can't export anything from it - models...other file types..anything. I rebooted, tried different browsers, etc.
It's something about THIS particular document. Is there a setting I accidentally changed?
