Section View Scale Ratio Will Not Adjust

When i open the sectional view the scale ratio goes from 1:1 to 1:2.
My drawing dementions are 1in but the sectional shows them at 1/2in.
How do i get the section view scale to switch back to 1:1?

maybe you have a bug?
otherwise..
Step 1: right click the section view
step 2: select scale
