Removing mass of part 1 from part 2.

Hi. I'm new to Onshape and have never used any CAD-software before so here comes maybe a stupid question.
Im planning to make a mold with my 3D printer so i can cast parts in silicone.
I have designed to parts in Onshape.
Part 1 is just a square block.
Part 2 is the part i want to "cut away/remove" from part one (the block).
I just cant figure out how to do it. I have searched around and just cant find anything helpful..
I hope someone understand what i need help with despite my poor english..

Use the Boolean Feature and subtract one part from the other. Should be self-explanatory once you start playing with it.
