Folder Issues

I was hoping folders would help me declutter my top-level document list, but Onshape won't let me move private documents or documents that have been shared with me from my top level folder to any subfolders. I believe this is because of how Onshape handles permissions. Any suggestions?

    I don't use folders but rely on labels to sort my documents.  I have come to the conclusion it is better just to let my list run wild and sort with labels which work fine with Public docs and this way the doc can be linked to multiple categories. In chrome, I have added some bookmarks for important labels by using the url when the lab is active, this gives me 1 click access to import project doc including related public doc's.
