How to export drawing to DXF format in scale 1:1

I have a problem about how to export drawing into format DXF, with scale 1:1. 
I have been try many times, but always not in scale 1:1.
I use Draft sight to open DXF file.
Please tell me the solution about this problem.

    Are you exporting from a drawing or directly from the face of a part (right click, export to DXF" option)?

    If straight from the part it should already be 1:1
    If on a drawing you may have to delete the template so you just have the geometry without the borders and title block.
