Create a catalog view of released content for browsing

Navigating through released content is subject to knowing in which document the content is located, which can be quite complicated on very large projects. It would be interesting to have an interface to browse all released content (for say, an organisation) so we can zoom in the right document and the right release without a lot of browsing.

A very similar conversation is taking place in this thread: https://forum.onshape.com/discussion/12184/release-management-feedback#latest  Definitely throw your feedback in as it is helpful to get multiple points of view.

@Martin_Roger   Agreed.   I've only been on Onshape for a few months and this is a big issue for my team as well.    Very difficult to find released content, unless you were the one that made it and already know where it lives.

It's certainly possible now to set up a search for all latest released parts/assemblies/drawings.  Here is an example of that:

It might not be everything you are looking for at the moment, but certainly could help.  Of course you can add additional search criteria to help you zoom in to what you are looking for.  Another helpful tip is that the search results in a URL that you can favorite in your web browser and return to that query at any time.

We do want to help with revealing the most useful displays of your data and we certainly have more to do and are working towards better things.

We've added some more value on search results with our latest update today, and it's pertinent to the topic here.

@PeteYodis is there a way to add Vendor, Project or Product line to the search criteria. Also, it would be also helpful if you could specify a document. This may help to be able to find released drawings.
