Browse all released items as a catalog/Bill of Released Parts

In the scope of one of our large projects, we had to split the top level assembly into multiple assemblies (based on commodities) in separate documents. This was due to the high complexity and to compartment changes and efficiently implement changes.

The downfall of doing this is that when looking for a released item (be it part, assembly, or drawing) we have to know which document it is saved into, and to be sure that there isn't a newer revision in work or being released from, for example, a duplicate document.

It also makes synchronisation with our MRP system a bit risky, as we have to export BOMs from assemblies and then "monk-copy" them across the MRP database and make sure revisions are in sync.

Just as we have the "Action Items" to check what is in the pipeline for release actions, it would be great to have a "catalog interface" to be able to browse, sort and manage through released items and to find directly which document they are hosted in without ambiguity. Ideally this interface would also be exportable to CSV, Excel or similar, and would show what the revision history is. Cherry on the cake would be being able to have a "Where used" view, but that may be for another Onshape feature.

@Martin_Roger Do you use search for stuff that is released today from the documents page for parts, assemblies and drawings?
