How do I resize the Standard Content pull down menu? When I open Standard Content, the menu is too large for my screen and cuts off the bottom part (the part with the all-important "Insert" button).

Use your web browser's zoom functions.
in chrome it is:
ctrl+mousewheelup/mousewheeldown
or
ctrl+plus/minus on the number pad
or hit the menu button and zoom that way
