Welcome to Onshape!
That lesson has many sketch entities and constraints. It is more likely some minor detail like a constraint got missed (or added unexpectedly) while you were sketching.
Can you please post a link to your document and describe what exactly is not working for you?

@assane_fall - I don't think that is an exercise created by Onshape from https://learn.onshape.com ? - was it created by your instructor? Do you have a link to the exercise?

OK, I wasn't aware of that one - https://learn.onshape.com/learn/course/introduction-to-assembly-design/mating-parts/exercise-mating-parts?page=2Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEA0

You need to redo step 4:
- rmb > suppress all your mates
- unfix rod
- select front face of rod
- drag triad origin to center of face
- rmb > move to origin
- fix rod
- unsuppress mates

Just add a fasten mate to the center point of the grip's inside raidus and the handle's center radius. Then rotate twice to get it in final position
