Circular pattern features not moving with original

I'm designing a super-awesome foam-dart-blaster drum (as noted in my other question).
I'm having problems with one circular pattern (circular pattern 2) in this document.
The drum itself is scale-able. That scale is contingent on the diameter of the construction circle in the "cylinder wall support" feature.
When I change that value everything scales nicely except the feature "circular pattern". The original features (features to pattern) move nicely, but the other 4 instances generated by the circular pattern don't.
Apologies in advance if I'm missing something straightforward.

They both have their place, but for geometry that does not vary with each instance, part and face patterns are preferred. They rebuild faster and are generally easier to deal with. But I did get your pattern to work (see below). Looks like your clip_holder_drum and clip_hole_1.2mm sketches were not fully constrained.

I must say I'm really just muddling along in the CAD space, and have been more lazy about constraining sketches in OnShape, purely because it nags me less than FreeCad did (which I am more used to).
I'll take a look at those sketches and see what you did.
Thanks again,
