Sheet Metal Question
                    How can I make this part without the tear relief on the upper edge? The slope needs to be continuous without the 'bend steps'

Onshape sheetmetal is very picky about the corners, it doesn't allow for smoothing the corners like SW does.
One work around I found is to model it up as a solid part, then use the thicken command in sheetmetal, it usually works a little better, but still isn't perfect
