Extrude a inclined surface

Good morning,
i need your help once more. I would like to extrude a inclined surface in a round object.
Here is a drawing by paint. I hope you can see the inclined surface (red lines).
At the moment the bottom is flat (yellow lines)
I tried it, with two 3d splines at the right side, and with the loft feature, but it didnt work.
Is it possbile to extrude the bottom surface inclined ?
