Edit/Import BOM via csv

Many times with large BOM's its easier to edit the BOM (rearrange items) using a csv file and not in the assembly. Also importing a csv would be useful as many times external data needed for a drawing can be captured outside of Onshape using a cvs file. Adding this to the drawing would be beneficial in creating a complete drawing..

@William_Schlund I am assuming with the you would then NOT need to use things like callouts?  If the BOM is just text, then there is no intelligence to the table and no link to what corresponds to what in the view.  Most people want to add rows but want to have what I would all a BOM view that might have both computed rows and manual entry rows in whatever order they want.  This seems more along the lines to what would address what you are asking for as well as still maintain the intelligences of a parametric table.
