Circular Pattern a Wrap

I am attempting to circular pattern a feature I have wrapped to a cylindrical object.  It worked previously but I came back and edited the part, changed the diameter of the circles involved and now it won't work.  I created a document for my students to use and the directions won't work for them no either.

    Your document is not set where we can copy it. 

    Without being able to copy it, a person can’t get into any of the edit dialog boxes to see what’s going on

    The error UI hint recommends turning on "Apply Per Instance" as a solution. Not sure if this will work as can't test anything due to above sharing permission issue.
