Pattern along a spiral

One way to do this is to:
Create the spiral in one sketch, create the circle in another sketch. Use Curve pattern to pattern along the curve setting it to "Feature pattern".

I have manually patterned things like this within a sketch. It is possible... but not recommended.
It requires some good constraints and lots of construction lines.
