Rather than doing a remove, can you try it with a 'NEW' and see if the extrude succeeds? If it does, then there is some issue with your boolean condition. (View Post)6 -

While editing a mate, the play command only animates that one single mate for visual clarity. It doesn't solve and an animate with all of the other mates at the same time. (View Post)1
