Filleting edges created by an extrusion using startTracking?
I'm working on a digital (i.e. cnc router-cut) joints project, and many of the joints will have extruded geometry with fillets on the vertical edges (to accommodate cutter radius) that gets subtracted from another body to form the joint. I can't extrude those sketch regions. No idea why.

opExtrude failing with a query from opMergeContexts

Boolean oparations failed to return a valid part

Alternative to chamfering internal edges
I am messing around in feature script and have tried to chamfer the edges of extruded text, highlighted here. It fails on any piece of text that has a vertex with edges at less than 90 degrees. Is there another method I could use to achieve this? -

Those lofts are definitely a challenge. I tried going for surfaces, then extruding new solids to those surfaces, then using Boolean to make an intersecting part. Boolean failed on that, so I did some workarounds for that. In the end it looks like 1 piece, but Boolean won't join them:… -
Shell/Hollow with Selection error
I'm trying to hollow out this yellow part and struggling to understand why this hollowing is failing.
