Problem with simple Lofts

I am new to Onshape, but I have used loft successfully few times until now.
I discovered that without reasons clear to me a simple loft between two circles on parallel planes will twist.
For example, if i draw circle on top plane and two circles to new offset parallel plane, and try to apply loft between circles, it should give me straight simple lofts, right?
It does, but only on some, and not always. Is it a bug?
Here is my test on three parallel planes trying to apply simple loft between circles. As you can see some of them get narrow or even cross between two circles.
Can anyone tell me why please?
Thanks in advance!!

Remember there is a lot going on when a loft is made even to determine how 2 circles should join through 3D space. If this ever happens, this is where you will use the match vertices options. A few seconds to add a construction line through the circles causing you trouble and you are good to go!
