This time instead of the usual contest to design this part with the least number of features, the goal is to achieve the shortest regeneration time in the Part Studio.

Awesome!!!

You beat me in the first attempt 
I knew thicken is a bit faster than extrude but I did not remember to use it in this example  

In a few days we will publish an article on our blog with some tips and tricks.

Of course you "should handle carefully the derived features": Link it to a version, avoid circular references, and something that @lougallo call "the daisy chaining of derived features" XD
