Battling to fill/enclose

Good day,

Please can someone assist with my drawing,
I am busy making a mould to CNC route on my machine.
I would like to fill a block around the a shelled bush.
I have tried using enclose and fill.
Could someone assist.

I made a copy and then made a few edits. Rather than deleting the face of the bush and lofting a surface around it, I just extruded a solid block, then used the boolean command to subract the first part from the block.
