how does the Onshape training work?

for the Onshape instructor led training is it at a set time and live one on one or is it a automated video that you can follow along with on you own schedule?

Instructor-led training is live at a set time (4 x 2h sessions) for small groups at a cost of $500

For the self-paced courses, the fundamental ones are available to all users, some of the advanced courses are only available to customers and educational subscriptions. 

For instructor-led trainings Onshape Bootcamp is what @NeilCooke is referring to. We also have ILT classes on Sheet Metal, Top-Down Design Techniques, and Release Management, all of which meet at a set time, with a live instructor that you can engage with and ask questions to, in a small class size setting (up to 30 students). These are held virtually over GoToTraining.
